Structuring, negotiating, conducting due diligence, opining and counseling regarding environmental matters and closing transactions involving the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate; and
Structuring tax advantaged transactions such as like-kind exchanges (1031 and 1031 reverse exchanges) and acquisitions of land and buildings of all types.
